Board advisor, active member of FEA Angels — USP's angel investor network — and university professor in MBA and post-graduate programmes in finance and controllership.

At OC8, leads the technical structure of accounting, finance and tax. Focus on turning numbers into decisions — not just files.

Rúbio Teixeira

Lawyer and strategist with 15+ years in regulated markets, corporate structuring and compliance. Master's in Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, focused on regulated markets and international law.

Founder and CEO of Octus, an international consultancy specialised in regulatory and corporate structuring. Operates across multiple jurisdictions, combining legal expertise with business strategy.

At OC8, responsible for strategic vision, complex client structuring and the integration between regulatory compliance and financial operations.
